ABOUT

Sixteen years of making things that didn't exist yet.

The core that didn't walk away.

We are not a talent pool that assembles for a project and disperses when it's done. Over sixteen years, we've built something harder to come by than any technology — a dedicated team of a hard-won twenty people who choose to come back every day.

Some grew up alongside the company. A few dogs made themselves permanent fixtures. Some children grew up watching installations get built in the next room. We are here for the long run, and that describes exactly what we're capable of.

The Gluk Media team

Some members never signed a contract. All of them showed up anyway.

We are not married to a single tech.

Most studios pick a stack and defend it. We work differently. We watch emerging technologies — hardware, algorithms, sensors, rendering engines — as they surface. We get the prototypes in our hands early. We take them apart, understand how they behave, and then we put them in a drawer.

And then we wait. We wait until the right client arrives with the right problem — one that only that particular technology, now fully matured, is perfectly placed to solve. That drawer is the most valuable thing in the studio.

We are not masters of one technology. We are masters of knowing which one to reach for.

If the technology isn't there, we invent it.

This is rare. And costly. And makes little sense business-wise. But we're too curious not to do it.

Simas
Chomentauskas

Simas is a technological visionary whose driving question is always the same: which field would benefit most from this, right now? He founded Gluk Media to turn that question into a practice — leveraging XR, AI, computer vision, real-time engines, and modern sensors to address real challenges in cultural, educational, and business sectors.

From producing the first 3D projection on buildings in the Baltics, to releasing the region's first commercial VR experience, to inventing a mid-air touchable hologram and building a worldwide unique hardware solution for Qualcomm — the pattern is consistent: curiosity first, practicalities second.

He is a frequent speaker at international conferences and festivals, a mentor for aspiring technology practitioners, and an advocate for digital transformation in fields that have the most to gain from it.
